The Gulf Coast Process Technology Alliance is responsible for
developing, improving and maintaining the standardized
Process Technology (PTEC™) curriculum at colleges in
Louisiana, Texas and Mississippi. The PTEC
standardized curriculum for a two-year associate of
applied science degree prepares students to work as process
operators in process technology industries.

Audit Material
Louisiana Process Technology program audit material
has been developed and is made available for your use.
Texas Process Technology audit
material for your use. In the 'Curriculum' section of the audit
tool (Section 9), colleges should substitute as needed their own
course names and numbers in place of the ones listed.
The Corrective Action Request (CAR) is designed to
close the loop on Opportunities for Improvement. The
